SERVICES AND PRICING

My goal is to service your needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. I do not want to lock you into a specific package of services that does not work for your event needs. There are three packages that suit most event planning and coordinating needs. Those packages are listed below, but if you need something custom tailored to you, we can discuss specific services and pricing.

FULL-SERVICE
Starting at $10000

This service is ideal for a client who lives outside of Central Texas or who is extremely busy and cannot devote consistent time commitment to planning. Events By Mackenzie will be managing the budget, corresponding with all vendors, and creating an event design that fits the client’s vision and budget.

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation – (in person or virtual)
  • Venue Search (if applicable)
  • Personalized Vendor Recommendations
  • Personalized Budget Tracking Spreadsheet and Management
  • Design Consultation
  • Arranging and attending vendor consultations/meetings
  • Contract Review
  • Unlimited phone and email communication
  • Attending the Final Walkthrough
  • Timeline creation
  • Layout creation
  • Décor List
  • Rehearsal facilitation (if schedule allows)
  • Day-of Coordination
    • All aspects of the Wedding Day
    • Up to 12 hours on the event date
  • Emergency Kit

PARTIAL PLANNING
Starting at $7000

Ideal for a client who is willing to put in a little bit of work on their end. This package offers the client guidance and support throughout the planning process as well as event management for the Wedding Day.

  • Initial Consultation – (in person or virtual)
  • Personalized Vendor Recommendations
  • Personalized Budget Tracking Spreadsheet
  • Personalized Planning Calendar (for events over 8 months out)
  • Unlimited phone and email communication
  • Monthly Check-In Meetings
  • Attending the Final Walkthrough
  • Timeline creation
  • Layout creation
  • Décor List
  • Rehearsal facilitation (if schedule allows)
  • Day-of Coordination
    • All Aspects of the Wedding Day
    • Up to 12 hours on the event date
  • Emergency Kit

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Starting at $3000

This service is ideal for a bride who is a planner and enjoys the planning process and all the details. She just wants to sit, back, relax and enjoy her wedding day without having to stress about all the details.

Includes:

  • Initial Consultation – (in person or virtual)
  • Attending the Final Walkthrough
  • Timeline creation
  • Layout creation
  • Décor List
  • Point of contact for all vendors
  • Rehearsal facilitation (if schedule allows)
  • Day-of Coordination
    • All Aspects of the Wedding Day
    • Up to 12 hours on the wedding day
