This package includes all you need to make your day everything you dreamed of without all the stress and worry.

SERVICES AND PRICING

My goal is to service your needs in the most effective and efficient way possible. I do not want to lock you into a specific package of services that does not work for your event needs. There are three packages that suit most event planning and coordinating needs. Those packages are listed below, but if you need something custom tailored to you, we can discuss specific services and pricing.

PARTIAL PLANNING $1200

Have you already selected your venue and a couple major vendors and you’re already feeling overwhelmed and lost on what to do next? I’m here to help! This package would be for those who have selected a date, venue, and a couple other major vendors like photography, catering, etc. I will help you with putting it all together and taking the stress off your plate. Your design and vision will still be the star of the event but I will just help you put the rest of the pieces together. This package includes the following services.

 

 • Initial Consultation

 • Vendor recommendation and selection

 • Correspondence with all vendors

 • Budget oversight and management

 • Vendor payment management

 • Creating a planning calendar

 • Creating an in-depth timeline and décor list for event

MONTH OF COORDINATION $800

You’re on it! Great job! You have already chosen your venue and signed with all your vendors. You just need someone to coordinate all moving parts and make sure that your day goes perfectly. That’s where I come in. I am here to take all the stress and worry off your plate and ensure that your day and your vision come to life just as you wished. This package includes the essentials you need to enjoy every minute of your event.
